It is helpful if you call your insurance company before your first appointment to make sure your sessions will be covered
especially if you're a couple. It can take up to 3 days for your benefits to be verified (and longer on the weekends) so do this ASAP so you're not stuck with my full at your first session. But in case this happens to you, don't worry! You'll be credited your copay for future sessions.
